Come, Thou Long Expected Jesus

Come, Thou Long Expected Jesus is an arrangement of the traditional hymn.  While piano can of course be substituted, the harpsichord adds a particular dignity to the sound.  The initial presentation of the melody is simple with the original harmonies intact.  Following this is a more energetic presentation with progressively increasing harmonic variations leading to an impactful conclusion.
